Lisa Risco is now my real estate warrior. I had planned on selling my house 2 years before it went on the market, and I had been packing and downsizing for nearly a year. While I only have experience with buying real estate, there were many details about selling that I was unaware of. Lisa educated me on the ins and outs of selling especially in the current market. She explained everything upfront and then again as the process unfolded. It was rare that I ever had to call her and she always stayed in communication, right through to settlement. I would highly recommend Lisa as she is dedicated and, most of all, she loves what she does.
